TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
I believe fitness is an attainable goal for ALL bodies. As an educator for over 25 years, I strive to demystify the steps to wellness by breaking abstract concepts down into an understandable, efficient, and achievable plan that is unique to each individual. Whether it is gaining strength, increasing mobility, navigating major life and physical changes such as childbirth or menopause, weight loss, injury prevention, or simply finding ease in movement again, I am honored to be a part of the journey.
